Your job at Wing Assistant as a Customer Service Representative will involve handling interactions with customers with professionalism, care, and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in delivering a top-notch service experience.
This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering both full-time and part-time work options depending on your availability and preference.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries and concerns.

📌 Who Can Apply – Candidate Requirements
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position: 1+ year of experience in B2B or B2C customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
Proficiency in email, phone, messaging tools, and other customer communication platforms.
Familiarity with VoIP systems, CRMs, and cloud-based software is a plus.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
You must be organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
Must be available to work US time zone shifts (this is a key requirement).
