About the Position This role involves end-to-end recruitment for international clients, especially in the UK. You will be sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for a wide range of roles. ✅ Key Responsibilities
Posting and managing job adverts across multiple job boards
Actively sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
Creating and implementing efficient procedures for evaluation and screening evaluating assessments, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications Performing background checks and building qualified candidate shortlists
Communicating professionally and promptly with all candidates
Building relationships with universities and academic institutions

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation and revision, in addition to recruitment performance reports Prerequisites and Requirements To succeed in this role, you must bring both experience and a proactive, process-driven mindset:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
At least 2 years working in a startup or scale-up company
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
Well-organized and capable of creating structured processes
Independent and resourceful – you should be able to own your workflow
