Job Role: Customer Service Expert (L‑1)
* Job Type: Full-Time
* Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home (Pan-India)

* Shifts: Day Shift (8 AM to 10 PM – 9-hour shift,
including 1-hour break)
* Working
Days: six days per week
* Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 (in-hand) + ₹2,000 monthly
allowance + attractive performance incentives

Languages: English and Hindi (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or any other regional

You'll be NoBroker's spokesperson as a Customer Service
Expert Level 1 at the company. Your responsibility is to assist customers in
their property search, answer questions, provide updates, and ensure a
smooth, helpful, and professional experience.
Whether someone is looking for a new rental, trying to find tenants, or
listing their property for sale, you will be their go-to person!

Important Tasks:
* Communicate
professionally with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.
* Assist users in
locating the appropriate tenant, buyer, or property for their requirements.
* Manage follow-up
tracking, customer engagement, and daily CRM updates.
* Improve the user's
property experience by providing prompt support, guidance, and updates.
* Maintain high
customer satisfaction through clear and efficient communication.

Eligibility Criteria:
* Education: 10th,
12th, Diploma, or Graduate – All streams are welcome!
* Basic computer
literacy – Excel, Word, and navigating online tools.
* You must be
proficient in both Hindi and English.
