About the Role – Support Specialist (Business)
The "Support
Specialist" is the "public face" of Revolut's customer service
and is in charge of providing "business (B2B) users" with fast,
high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone. This is not a
script-based job — Revolut is looking for smart problem solvers who
can simplify complex issues, think on their feet, and handle global client
queries with professionalism and empathy.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
* Fluent in English
– both written and spoken
* Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent qualification
* 2+ years of
customer support experience in finance, fintech, or banking
* More than a year of
experience assisting corporate or B2B customers
* Comfortable working
night or weekend shifts (with compensation)
* Stable,
high-speed internet connection and work-from-home setup
* Proficient skills
in problem-solving, time management, and communication
* Able to work
independently and in a fast-paced team environment
