 As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the customers.  Your goal is to resolve their issues quickly, politely, and effectively:

 * Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

 * Provide accurate information about services, products, and troubleshooting.

 * Use clear communication and empathy to address questions and complaints from customers.

 * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience.

 * Support customers in a 24×7 work environment, adhering to company protocols.

 This job does not require advanced degrees or years of experience. You only need to be dedicated, have good spoken English or Hindi command, and have the right tools. Here’s what you need to qualify:

 Exceptional verbal communication abilities

 * Must have a laptop/desktop with at least 8GB RAM.

 * A stable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 40 Mbps).

 * Freshers and experienced individuals (0–5 years) are welcome.

 * Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) .
