 ### 💼 **Roles and Responsibilities**

 As a **Customer Success Executive**, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality webinar and customer support experiences for both internal teams and external clients.  Here’s what your work will involve:

 * **Plan & Execute** operational workflows, including content coordination, scheduling, and logistics. * **Design Presentations** and training materials using **Canva** or similar platforms.

 * **Manage Webinar Platforms** like Zoom, WebEx, and GoToWebinar – handling everything from technical setup to live execution and follow-ups.

 * **Track Performance & Participation** using **Google Sheets**, dashboards, and analytics tools.

 * **Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content Teams** to ensure alignment on goals and execution plans.

 * **Handle Customer Queries** across email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and polite resolution.

 * **Analyze Data & Generate Insights** to improve workflows and user satisfaction.

 * Support training with documentation, guides, and standardization of processes. * **Stay Updated** with trends in webinar technology and customer success strategies.

 ### 👤 **What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like? **

 You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need the **right skills and attitude**.  Here’s what ScaleX is looking for:

 ✅ **Experience** managing webinars, customer support, or operational workflows.

 ✅ **Design Skills** in Canva or similar tools.

 ✅ Excellent **communication skills** – written and verbal.

 ✅ Proficiency in **Google Sheets**, Google Workspace, and analytics dashboards.

 ✅ Prior experience using platforms like **Zoom Webinar, WebEx, GoToWebinar**, etc.

 ✅ Great organizational skills – managing multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

 ✅ A **customer-first mindset** with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
