 ### 🔹 Position Overview – Remote Client Success Specialist

 As a Client Success Specialist, your core mission will be to help U.S.-based healthcare providers succeed with the Phreesia platform.  You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, monitor client engagement, resolve issues, and foster long-term success for your assigned clients.

 This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for professionals with 7+ years of client success, configuration, or SaaS support experience—especially those who have worked with U.S. clients in the healthcare domain.

 ### "Key Responsibilities" What you'll be doing every day is as follows:

 * Proactively resolve issues with clients through prompt, professional communication.

 * Assist clients in configuring their accounts and applying implementation best practices.

 * Keep an eye on how people use the platform to find potential problems, opportunities, and "growth areas."

 * Adhere to internal success frameworks by updating all client records and CRM systems.

 * Maximize client value by working closely with cross-functional teams.

 * Test and improve client configurations frequently to ensure the best possible experience.

 ### 👤 Who Phreesia Is Looking For

 This role is best suited for an individual who has a combination of technical proficiency, communication skills, and client-focused mindset.  The ideal applicant will possess:

 * A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

 * More than seven years of relevant experience in configuration, client success, or SaaS support

 * Proven track record of working with U.S.-based clients, preferably in healthcare

 * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

 * Analytical and detail-oriented approach to project and client management

 * A strong passion for customer satisfaction and anticipating client needs

 ### Schedule of Work (IST) Since you’ll be supporting U.S.-based clients, night shift availability is mandatory.

 * Primary Shift:

  5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (during Daylight Saving Time)

  6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Standard Time)

 * Secondary Shift (Eligible after 6 months):

  3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (DST)

  4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Standard Time)

 Saturday and Sunday are weekends off.

 * Must be open to full shift availability.
